Network and share with others
The GLBA holds monthly networking events, at which members and non-members alike are welcome to attend and have an opportunity to share your business details with others, in a relaxed social atmosphere.

Knowledge Share
Grey Lynn businesses hold a wealth of quality expertise, all in the local neighbourhood. Tapping into this through the series of morning learning and knowledge share sessions is a great way to keep up to date and mixing with others, before the workday starts.

Learn
Often we host expert guest speakers to talk to us about relevant small business topics. Members get free or discounted access to these.

Advocacy
A Waitemata Board member is on the GLBA board, which enables members to have immediate access to Auckland Council for issues of concern. The advantages of this close association are considerable, enabling the GLBA to benefit from the contacts and two-way information share.

Promote special offers
Members can promote special offers to other members through the newsletter, the GLBA facebook page, and the website. Equally, members have access to offers from others through the wider network.

The Grey Lynn factor

The GLBA and other organisations in the Grey Lynn area, such as the Residents Association, the Community Centre, Neighbourhood Support, Grey Lynn 2030, and others, have developed a collaborative association that brings even greater benefits to members, such as access to a wider pool of resource and talent.
